Our Story

Boys & Girls Clubs of North Louisiana began operating in January 2019 after the merger of the Northeast and North Central Louisiana regions. The Northeast Louisiana club, the state's oldest, opened on Natchitoches Street in 1962, moved to 500 Evergreen Street in 1972, and remains there. The North Central Louisiana organization was founded in December 1997; its first unit was the Eddie Robinson Unit in Grambling. Facility needs later moved the unit to Ruston (in a church) and then to 300 Memorial Drive. The merger unified leadership, resources, and administrative functions. Currently, our organization serves Children all across North Louisiana!
